What is 245D, and can you help with it?
Chapter 245D of Minnesota Statutes sets the licensing standards for providers of home and community-based services (HCBS), licensed through the Minnesota Department of Human Services. We help 245D providers with policies and procedures, documentation, staff training requirements, and getting ready for licensing reviews.
Do you help new providers get licensed and enrolled?

Can you help with revalidation?
