Compliance support for 245I mental health providers
Chapter 245I, Minnesota's Mental Health Uniform Service Standards, sets shared requirements for many mental health services, including ARMHS, CTSS, IRTS, and assertive community treatment (ACT). We help providers align policies, documentation, and staffing with these standards.
As of July 2026, DHS has paused new Medicaid provider enrollment for several higher-risk services, including CFSS, adult day services, ARMHS, IRTS, EIDBI, and integrated community supports, while it revalidates existing providers. Exceptions are possible and the pause may change. We help existing providers complete revalidation and stay compliant, and we help new agencies plan around the pause.
