Please do not submit protected health information (PHI) through this website. Our web forms are not a HIPAA-secure channel. Do not include client names, dates of birth, diagnoses, case numbers, or any other individually identifiable health information. If a matter requires discussing client-specific details, contact us by phone and we will establish an appropriate secure channel first.

We do not sell your information. We do not share it with advertisers or data brokers, and we do not send marketing email to people who only submitted a question.
Service providers we use
Three third-party services process data on our behalf when you use this site:
- Formspree receives and forwards our web form submissions. Their privacy policy is at formspree.io.
- Calendly handles appointment scheduling and collects the name, email, and any details you enter when booking. Their privacy policy is at calendly.com.
- Google Fonts delivers the typefaces used on this site. Loading a font makes a request to Google's servers, which receives your IP address.
Cookies and tracking
This website does not set advertising or analytics cookies of its own. The embedded Calendly scheduler may set cookies necessary for booking to function. We do not run behavioral advertising, retargeting pixels, or cross-site tracking.
How long we keep it
Inquiry messages are retained in our email records. Client records are kept for the duration of our engagement and afterward as required by applicable business and regulatory recordkeeping obligations. You may ask us to delete an inquiry at any time.
Security
This website is served over an encrypted HTTPS connection, and form submissions are transmitted over encrypted connections to our processors. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so please use the guidance above regarding sensitive information.
Your choices
