Revalidation & enrollment

MHCP enrollment and revalidation without missed deadlines

Minnesota Health Care Programs require providers to enroll for the services they bill and to revalidate their enrollment on a regular schedule. A missed deadline can interrupt payments. We track the dates, gather the documents, and help you submit on time.

Enrollment update

As of July 2026, DHS has paused new Medicaid provider enrollment for several higher-risk services, including CFSS, adult day services, ARMHS, IRTS, EIDBI, and integrated community supports, while it revalidates existing providers. Exceptions are possible and the pause may change. We help existing providers complete revalidation and stay compliant, and we help new agencies plan around the pause.

Frequently asked questions

How often do providers need to revalidate?

Federal rules require Medicaid providers to revalidate their enrollment at least every five years, and some provider types must do so more often. We track the schedule that applies to you.

What happens if we miss a revalidation deadline?

Missing a deadline can lead to your enrollment being ended, which stops payments for services. Submitting early is the best protection.

Can you help with enrollment for a new service?

Yes. We help you enroll for new services and locations and make sure your enrollment matches what you plan to bill.
