Waiver programs

Support for providers serving CADI, BI, DD, CAC, and Elderly Waiver

Minnesota's home and community-based waiver programs fund many services people rely on to live in the community. Each service has its own enrollment, documentation, and billing rules. We help you deliver and bill waiver services correctly.

Enrollment update

As of July 2026, DHS has paused new Medicaid provider enrollment for several higher-risk services, including CFSS, adult day services, ARMHS, IRTS, EIDBI, and integrated community supports, while it revalidates existing providers. Exceptions are possible and the pause may change. We help existing providers complete revalidation and stay compliant, and we help new agencies plan around the pause.

Can we add a new waiver service?
