Compliance and revalidation support for ICS providers
Integrated community supports (ICS) is a 245D-licensed waiver service that helps people live in their own units within a community setting. It carries both licensing and setting requirements, and it is one of the services DHS is revalidating. We help ICS providers stay compliant and ready.
As of July 2026, DHS has paused new Medicaid provider enrollment for several higher-risk services, including CFSS, adult day services, ARMHS, IRTS, EIDBI, and integrated community supports, while it revalidates existing providers. Exceptions are possible and the pause may change. We help existing providers complete revalidation and stay compliant, and we help new agencies plan around the pause.
